Zeliha is our strength and explosiveness expert. Through her many years of experience in professional handball, she knows exactly how to combine endurance, strength and explosiveness to be successful, especially in ball sports.
Through her international background, she has learned Europe-wide training methods in professional sports. In the last years of her career, she has also worked intensively on the topic of rehabilitation and regaining athletic fitness after injuries. In connection with cycle-based training sessions, culcha. should thus also significantly reduce the high susceptibility to injury among women.

  • 1997-2007

Zeliha’s athletic career also began in childhood. After her first glimpses of athletics and soccer, her sporting path took off via the youth academy of HSG Blomberg-Lippe in handball.

  • 2007-2014

After several youth championship titles as well as nominations to the national selections and the Turkish national team, the first titles at national level followed. With the B- and A-youth of HSG Blomberg-Lippe three vice German championship titles followed.

  • 2015

With the A-youth of Buxtehuder SV Zeliha won the first German championship title. In the same year followed the debut in the Handball Bundesliga Women for Buxtehuder SV.

  • 2017-2021

Three championship titles in the second Handball Bundesliga and a move to the Füchsen Berlin followed until a handball break due to injury and Corona. By chance, the first Hyrox participation took place in 2019. In the same year, Zeliha also surprisingly won the European Championship runner-up title in Poland with the University of Hamburg.

  • 2021-2022

After further participations in Hyrox events, Zeliha reached the qualification for the World Championships in Las Vegas in both Mixed Doubles and Women Doubles, which had to be cancelled due to injury.

  • 2022/2023

Due to a change of location to Austria, Zeliha played for Hypo-Nö once again and became Austrian Champion, Cup as well as Supercup winner in her last handball career year. She also played for the Austrian record champion in the Handball European League that year.

  • 2023

After her handball career, Zeliha will now focus mainly on running and Hyrox and is also still active in tennis.
