HOW LONG IS A TRAINING SESSION?

A training session has a duration of 45-90min. Depending on the programming and training goal, this will be adapted to your personal training plan.

HOW MANY TRAINING SESSIONS DOES A WEEK CONSIST OF?

You have the possibility to train up to seven times. You can determine your individual workload yourself. If you need help, you can write us a personal message. The personal programming with regard to a competition preparation is usually more intensive.

CAN I COMBINE THE PROGRAMMING WITH OTHER SPORTS?

In the case of a sport-specific training design, we recommend a personal programming in which the respective sport-specific athletic aspects can be explicitly addressed. In general, however, every athlete benefits from a holistic fitness training and can perform it in addition to a sport-specific training and will benefit from the programming both in general fitness and then in the respective sport.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF LONGER ILLNESSES/INJURIES OR LONGER VACATIONS?

In this case, just write us a message and we will find a solution that is best for you – a shutdown is possible in any case. In case of injuries, we can deal more intensively with the respective injuries in personal programming and create individual plans for your training build-up.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT?

The payment is by credit card, if you don’t have one, just send us an email to find an individual solution.

CAN I CANCEL/PAUSE AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you can cancel your membership in the app every month. A pause is also possible monthly after personal consultation
